Best site we’ve stayed at!
We had an en-suite camper van spot that even had a washing machine!
Stunning views and super clean. (The beach across the road was fantastic)
There was even a food truck there on the night we stayed and the food was excellent!
Definitely recommend.
We enjoyed our stay at Coolwaters. The amenities were great with plenty of hot water. The staff are friendly and reception is stocked with everything from bait to ice and gas. We loved our daily texts with details on community activities, food and coffee vans at the park.
Unfortunately no personal fires are allowed but the 3 communal fire pits are well serviced and stocked.
Book well in advance to avoid missing out.
While we don't have kids, this park would be the bees knees for them with a water park, tennis and jumping pillow on offer! If you have the opportunity to go to Bob's Bush Poetry, you'll be glad that you did!
Nice park. Pretty quiet and relaxing, plenty of space. Room we had had abit of a water view.
Only negatives being the cabin was abit out dated and oldish, could do with some updating, and a few other minor things, the kitchen had an ant problem, and there is no WiFi in the cabins too far from their "hotspots"
Overall nice place to visit.
Just love this park and managers but the fibreglass stairs up to the water slide to the pool is SO noisy. It is a constant thump thump thump as kids go heavily up the fibreglass stairs

LONG.. It is like bongo drums through the park it's that loud (and i'm not even near the water park).
Could Discovery Parks please install some deadening material to the steps to allow other park users some respite from the drumming ? School holidays I could not imagine ...😳
A lovely park with lovely amenities. We had pretty ordinary weather during our stay but the kids still enjoyed themselves! A great pool and water park for the kids, my only suggestion would be for another enclosed camp kitchen down the back for the unpowered sites area to get out of the rain if it is bad weather.
Well overpriced. The amenities are outdated and dirty when we arrived, toilets dirty, mouse poo on the floor.
Our site didn't have a point where we could dump our water, to do washing up …
Cabins of varying sizes to accommodate a range of family sizes, starting from a single bedroom. Cabins all have a covered car port attached. Pool and jumping pillow on-site with peddle trikes for hire, too.
Thank you so much for the last 4 days. The park is so well maintained, the staff are so lovely and welcoming. Cannot rate the amenities highly enough, best showers out of any camp ground I have ever been too. We had a lovely view of the Causeway. The unpowered sites are very spacious. Thank you again, we will definately be back 👌 …
